  3. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will happily replace it with the correct one at no additional cost. Please inform us within 30 days of delivery.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition.

Exchanges
